Completed in 2011, the 100 m² low-energy holiday home includes a large living and dining area as well as a comfortable seating and lounging area with a large flat-screen TV. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and offers a high level of living comfort thanks to the pleasant wooden floor. The stairs to the upper floor are illuminated. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove with oven and food. In addition to all the necessary kitchen appliances, we also offer a fully automatic coffee machine and a toaster with a bread roll attachment. The two bedrooms on the first floor can accommodate 4 people. The rooms are bright, charming and very comfortably furnished in a country house style, each with a double bed and a desk. The beds have a high-quality lying comfort and a length of 220 cm. One bedroom has an additional chair bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. A hairdryer and a make-up mirror with magnifying function round off the equipment. The two comfort washbasins offer you a generous washing area for your everyday routine. A washing machine is available in the bathroom to wash your clothes. The beautiful terrace with a private part of the garden offers a wonderful view of the Wendelstein and the Alpine foothills of Upper Bavaria. A WiFi hotspot is available in the house for working and surfing. The entire holiday home is a non-smoking house. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. The apartment is therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. There are enough parking spaces in front of the holiday home.
